I came over to have a look because it is interesting to me to get insight from other warm-season gardeners in areas that I don’t typically focus.

I found your observations to correlate with our experiences in Georgia. Tulips treated as annuals…grape hyacinths in mass. Excellent work.

I would also like to recommend Iris cristata. I realize it is not a bulb but it is an early season bloomer that comes right after many of the bulbs you cover…my effort at some worthwhile contribution to what you wrote.
