Yes, that can be a problem too for gardeners. I try to keep my two dogs from spraying directly on to plants and not in the same spot in the grass all of the time. I take my dogs out onto my own lawn all of the time. I have only seen their urine kill the grass once and that was when there were really high temperatures during the day and we had just cut the grass. But the grass quickly recovered. I don’t mind if my neighbors’ dogs pee in the yard, it’s just stepping in a dog mess that I hate.

Especially as it is not the poo but the urine that kills my lawn and plants.
